Building Login and Signup

Hi, I want a java programmer who can do the task, the earliest. Basically, my idea is just a basic registration form and an option to sign in as well. And when we click sign in, a login window should pop out and I should be able to login. Both client-side and server-side validations must be done. Programming language must be only java. Registration form must look like the sample(include sign in option in that). Login can look like a typical one.
