Build call fow and webservice

Hi, I want someone to build a web service and call flow using asterisk that can be called to initiate an outbound call, this should be build over asterisk server. The web service should take as input the following parameter Phone number: The phone number to initiate the call to Play: The mp3 or wav file to play in this call And reply back with success if outbound call was created or failure if there was any error You should have an existing asterisk server to build and test your code then hand it over to me then I will install and configure on my server *with your support* and test to ensure it is running In your private message, let me know which version of asterisk you will use and what is your host OS Payment terms: 50% escrow on selection, release after full working demo 50% escrow after installing on my server, release after complete testing on my server
