34023 Java Mortgage Calculation Edit

I need someone to take the following code and make the following changes: 1. Give the user a choice to enter their own mortgage interest rate and term or let them select from the drop down menu that is already provided in the code - basically, just take what I have and add that option. 2. Add an "exit" button I need this completed no later than Saturday.
