135416 Design and Publish my website

I am a freight broker. My niche is helping small, low-volume shippers get large-shipper, high-volume shipping rates. Very simple. I'm not sure about the programming options...that's why I'm here :) Most Template style sites don't interest me. I could build one in about 15 minutes. Don't like the cheesy templates and standard buttons. I would like someone with a good eye for design to build a very simple, one page (with a couple of links to hidden pages, maybe...)website. I have a professional logo in several formats to insert as the only asset, along with about 3 or 4 headlines with accompanying copy below each headline to help me sell my service. I also have several (15) positive testimonials. I need to have those headlines and text and testimonials to be arranged with supportive(?) images (?) to make a sharp, professional website. (like everyone else, right? :) No blogs, no interactive pages, no products to sell other than my one service. Nothing complex. Just interesting. Colorful. Still easy to load and view. I would like to integrate some interesting scripts and graphics to make it more than just a text site which will help showcase the obvious benefits of using me and allowing me to quote a small shipper's next LTL Shipment. I would also like to lay the foundation to be able to achieve page rank and search engine traffic. Just a couple of customers who search me out instead of instead of coming to me because I solicited them with a hard copy flyer could be VERY profitable for me. This site is more like a flyer, compelling the reader to contact me and allowing me to quote their next LTL freight move. Sometimes, many times, it is also the second step they see AFTER I directly solicit them with my flyer. If my target customers SEE my site and READ the benefits, they WILL ask me to quote their next load. Anybody interested? Can you knock this out pretty quickly? It is the only holdup to opening my doors... Thank you!!
