Pls dont award before discussing. Your goal is to built an application which will be used to provide Telecommunication product support to the customer. According to your described requirement you have specified that the application will follow the below flow: 1. We will show the Services and the pricing of the services. 2. Customer will be able to ask for the quotation and proposal online and nearest center will receive the application of the customer. 3. Then the respective center accounts manager will fill the respective service form and will send it to the Customer. 4. After completing the order we will have to maintain the status and the pricing of this assignment. Now, we are expecting a co-operation from you by which we will be able to use our expertise into the application. We are already working on an application where the customer facilitated by same kind of features but the service type of the application is different. In this kind of application reporting is a major part so I am expecting that we will start discussion on the reporting section soon to make the Admin control panel more powerful. Can you please make me clear that how you are relating this with SFDC . Do you want to generate some report from there and want to integrate import into this application or may be the opposite scenario or you just want to use the flow of SFDC?
