We can create a jQuery plugin which accepts JSON (data from Database with MVC/Web API action method) and base on type we will prepare controls and update the DOM main container (after adding controls to temp container)

Hi, Can I assume that you use SQL Server as the DBMS? Is there any requirement for your page to load with prepopulated values in certain circumstances? Please provide me with the ASPX source code, database schema. I am putting a higher bid as I can imagine there being more work involved than what you described. This is because once the form is constructed, we will need to ensure that the backend, once the form has been submitted, gets all the values and processing of these values continues.
