Need a Flash convert to Apple/Android app

I am after someone who can convert/redo a flash app into an app to be used on Apple and android devices. To the point of having it submitted to the appropriate stores.
The components are the app , mysql db, data transfer between the app and the hosted mysql db,
This project has a few discussion points as I am unsure the best way to proceed and will be looking for advise and experience on the best way forward.
The app is primarily a calendar that has three screens:
The main screen shows the current week. the user can add a smiley face/character and comment to each date, the smileys have points assigned to them that then tally into a weekly and yearly score which is a running total. There are other calculated umbers on the screen also.
There is data that will be retrieved and sent from the app to the hosted database.
The second screen is a month view showing the smileys and associated comments for each day. The ability to move back and forth through the months is required
The third screen is a reader screen, this screen allows the user to add a nickname into it and retrieve the comments and smiley of that person for that day. Image attached of my thoughts on this
Some requirements are
The ability for people to register a nickname and password, with the other normal reg info, name country, state, etc.
Able to have a free version that can be used locally, with no registration needed and only able to read others comments, no ability to upload comments, smiley options or question answers.
Be able to have a number of background options, that I would like to design, that the user can select from and change at will, either built in pull from website where db is hosted.
The number of smileys on this version is 50, 10 in each column. I would like to be able to periodically update the app with new smileys.
For most of it I have the Flash version (fla files). Attached is a couple of images of what I am after. Flash files will be made available and more detailed requirements will be discussed with people selected before final selection.
