Include Twitter widgets.js in Ionic 3 app

I have a Ionic 3 app that needs Twitter's "[login to view URL]" file to load inside of the app, so that when our readers view our articles, the embedded material shows. Right now it's being blocked and only the text shows up from embedded tweets, and not the photos or videos from Twitter. We believe that it's not pulling the [login to view URL] file. "[login to view URL]" We need someone who can edit our current build files and make this widget load so that our article's display correctly. ([login to view URL]) Note: Our app is compiled with Phonegap and backend by wordpress
