SEO and Internet Marketing of a Software Product

Hi, We have a Product we're launching. We have a website. There are lots of relevant places on the Internet where we should be registered. These includes lots of places like Wikipedia, Software Directories, and places like this. We'd like you to generate a list of (probably) 200-400 relevant places, where we should be registered, and have a profile or product description. You'll be preparing the marketing plan and showing it to us for sign off, including how long it will take for things to be implemented. We also want to be featured on some Internet blogs and magazines, and the like. The software and product that we have is a tech product, around DevOps. We want SEO for the website, we want a PPC campaign probably, and we probably want an email campaign. You are expected to be sending over some kind of proof that you have performed these services successfully, not just for websites, but specifically for websites promoting software products. Even more so for open source software products. If you can do this, please send us a proposal. If you do not respond with the sentence "I read the entire listing" I will not respond to you.
