We need 100 backlinks - no black or grey hat methonds

We need 100 backlinks to be done from websites PR3+. The backlinks MUST be permanent, one-way, no reciprocal. We will provide you a list of Key Phrases to be used as anchor text. I require all backlinks to be from different websites. Backlinks on URLs should be active when you send the report. We will ask for a daily update sent to our email, and all the backlinks will be checked. You MUST be highly experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience.
