Google Adwords and Facebook Ads

Hi, Mine is a startup into real estate in Mumbai. I need an experienced person preferably having worked in real estate projects in Mumbai, Thane region - I think experience in the below projects will help in low cpc bcause you would know which keywords would give better conversions in Google Ads and which audience and demography would be better to target in Facebook. I have below websites/ landing pages ready [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Please understand that this is me just testing the waters and realizing how much i need to spend for each lead (contact forms filled), how many meetings from each of those forms filled and how many end up buying from those meetings and the avg time it takes for converting meeting to sale. I have 2 proposals here. The first option is profit sharing partner 1. You join me as a digital marketing lead generation partner for the 1st 2 to 3 months, you spend on ads and on each conversion i pay you 20% of the revenue that i generate from the sale. Each conversion would be min brokerage of 2%, each sale commission approx would be 1.5 to 2 Lakhs Rs (2000 $), so you get 400 $ for every sale and i believe there is a potential to increase the sale every month as i would then reinvest the income i generate into paid ads. Just imagine that you spend 500$ in the ad initially which would result in min 4 closure and your returns would be 1600$. Every month we will keep adding new projects once the revenue starts. Option 2. 1. You create and mange the Google ads and facebook ads, currently at the start i can only spend 15k over 15 days and as i start generating revenue i will reinvest in increasing ad budget. My closing % for every confirmed meeting is 40% so that gives me confidence that of we get a good lead then it will help realize revenue faster. I am willing to pay 2k Rs. as a nominal management fees initially but once i reach a spend of 1 L every month then i will pay 15% of the budget, i think i should be able to reach 1 Lakh spend per month in 60 to 90 days and 2 to 5 Lakhs budget in 90 to 180 days. My plan is to have atleast 100 projects in 1 year and ad spend of 15 to 20 L (30k USD per month) I want someone who can start immediately from today itself. It would be your responsibility to optimize the landing page, write effective ad copies and Headline and sub headline, research the competitors profitable keywords, design the facebook media, i will try to help in content writing. I know its difficult to find someone with experience and expertise to work on above terms but still i am trying.
