We are and advertising agency specialized in importing and selling promotional products and offset prints to corporate clients located in Romania. We also provide web & print graphic services, copywriting, web programming and have a national network of promoters for distribute our clients gifts to their target potential customers. As our company has more than 10 years commercial background, we can provide competitive prices and professional services, and have a respectable portfolio. Our gadgets target corporate clients in need for creative gifts and incentives for their employees, business partners and selected clients. We do our best to fulfill the needs of your marketing, PR or even HR department for innovative products to sustain their tasks. Mandatory requirements: We are requiring from the freelancer to do telemarketing work for us, with the result of generating leads - meaning scheduling meeting for our sales team, only in the city of Bucharest, in Romania. 1. Update our database with information about the potential client that you are willing to call. You will be indicated few company information online portals where you can get info about clients, which are in Romanian - but you may use Google Translate to understand the menu - and contact info are pretty universal (name, telephone, website, e-mail). 2. Request by phone contact of decident person (see bellow) from general contact of the company and update our database with that information 3. Call marketing directors / managers representing the potential client (corporate clients only) and talk about our services and products (promotional items and prints), asking for permission to send them an e-mail 4. Update the database file of the potential client about your call 5. Send e-mail only to the potential clients who agreed to receive details with link to our promotional catalogs, services presentation & portfolio 6. Follow up with a call to request to establish a meeting with the marketing director/ general director and our sales representative - we provide samples, printed catalogs, discounts for first order,etc. for clients who meet with our sales team to help you motivate them to meet us We are expecting at least 5 qualified leads/week to agree for paying the weekly agreed hourly rate, so please bid only if you trust your skills. Optional requirements (for bonus paid collaboration): We are also looking forward to work with more involved sales persons who know well technical specifications of offset print products, custom printed (with logo) corporate gifts and websites. If you have this qualifications you can generate leads for yourself in EU countries, outside Romania (few restrictions apply to the country list though) and sale on phone & by e-mail our services and products, as we are registered EU operating company and have international portfolio. For this we pay fixed commission (starting 10% depending on contract value) only for signed contracts, after the payment from the client - but leads are not paid for this scenario. Complete sales management from your side is required, though we will provide you with customs offers and sales support when required. Required skills: - Perfect English - speak and write - Previously sales experience in telesales, that may be verified by our team - Commercial studied (bachelor degree in economics/marketing/sales/similar field) - Knowledge of work with Microsoft Office programs and Google Docs, good general computer and research skills This project is for 1 month, but may be extended if you have good results. Payments can be made weekly, but only if 5 qualified leads/week target will be accomplished.
