I'm looking for someone to help with running a Google Display Ads campaign. I do NOT want search ads. I want display ads and you must be able to create the Display Ads. Other ideas are always welcomed. We will discuss what we're selling in our interview conversation, make sure you have the skills mentioned below. You need to have a proven past with advertising or I probably won't hire you. We will not be running Adwords because they are too expensive, instead we'll being running display ads. Your responsibilities will include: - Bringing us clients, - Running display ads, being creative and knowing how to make an animated ad on google display ads is important, - Maintaining the ads, Improving existing ads, Trying new ads, experimenting to get the best results - Chatting with the customer and Customer service - Sending me a daily report The process works like this: the ad will bring the user to our website, which will have a "chat now" button, you will be responsible for chatting with new clients and getting them signed up to one of our plans. Skills needed: - Photoshop or Illustrator for creating the ad image - Excellent and well written / spoken English - Advertising knowledge - WordPress / Website knowledge - Friendly and Positive attitude We need to make sure we're profitable, so you must check on the ads daily. There is no point to running ads if we're just losing/wasting money. Our budget is $10 per day and will increase as we acquire more clients. In certain times we might need to pause ads so that we don't get overwhelmed with client work. It will be necessary for you to communicate with our developers to understand work flow and work load.
