200 PR3+ Links Needed MUST FOLLOW REQUIREMENTS

Please make sure you have read through and understand ALL of the guidelines below prior to bidding. I will be checking all links to ensure they meet the guidelines. You will also need to produce a weekly report (see details below). Please do not bid if you have no prior feedback from similar projects. ******************** REQUIREMENTS ******************** * Links must be strictly from: Google PR3+ Pages (the actual page where the link is placed). * ALL backlinks must be DO FOLLOW. * Free one-way manual links, one link per domain. * URLs must be live as soon as you create them. * Page should not be excluded by robots.txt. * A maximum of 10 links are to be created each day. * Link page must be search engine friendly. * Links must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty * Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, Bing and Yahoo. * Links must be permanent and you agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement. * Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. * We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. * Anchor text surrounding each link will vary. You will create the variations as you see fit / as best fits the site you are linking from. Your expertise in this area is essential. * Keywords will be supplied to the successful bidder * Links must be one way (not reciprocal) from established, good quality sites (PR3+ only) * Only White Hat strategies can be used. Only ethical work will be accepted. * Half of the sites must relate to Employment in some way. * Links must be submitted manually i.e. not using automatic software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis, or similar) * Include the words Ron's test in the bid to be considered * English language web sites only, preferably US sites NOT ALLOWED: * No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc. * No link from: ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES, FORUMS, comments, torrent sites, from guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, gambling, ping sites, etc. * No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing. * No links from "under construction" pages. * No sites which ask for money later. * No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages. * No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. * No black hat or Grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only. * No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, sites overrun with contextual ads, pop-ups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising,. No “Classified” sites, labeled links, etc. * The link page MUST NOT have more than 30 other outgoing links on it * No footer links, not anchor text links without description content, each link must include a description * No links from article directories, article submission, link farms, forums, blog farms, classifieds, directories, social bookmarks, free for all websites, profiles of social sites, spam sites, link directories, link exchange, guest books, web rings, dating, x-rated adult, violence, sex, hatred, hacker, warez, directory submissions, blacklist/banned sites. No ping sites, no links within newsgroups, yahoo groups. No links from websites with a Google ban or Google penalty. No sites that may be considered black hat or undesirable You will also need to produce a weekly report in excel containing the following information: 1. URL of page where link is located. 2. Google PR of the page where my link is located. 3. Anchor Text used for the link. 4. IP address of the site 5. Website category/theme Successful bidder will supply proposed list of link sites for my review. If the listed sites meet the above guidelines they will be allowed to proceed.
