We are looking for Online Bidders who have very good prior experience in Bidding on these portals and know how to make IT & Web Development proposals. Candidates can apply for either of the position: 1) Just to choose the right proposal from our proposals database depending upon the project description posted on these websites and make changes as required and bid on these projects. We would like to pay here per quality proposal submitted and also if your proposal is selected (though further sales efforts have been done by us then you will get a small commission as well). 2) The second way is you bid on projects, use our proposals or make your own proposals and then followup with the clients and carry out initial meetings with the clients before winning the project. So over here you are responsible for complete sales from start to end. Here you will get higher commissions and more lucrative offer from us. We will discuss offers for both types of jobs in detail over skype or via private message board. Important : 1) You Must have prior experience in bidding on websites like Elance, guru Odesk , Freelancer.com and others and can show that you have won lots of projects in the past. We will ask the PROOF and will not select without this. 2) Must have Good Personality and Communication Skills. 3) Must be able to make proposals and replies for each lead. 4) Must understand the IT / Software services like website /application development, software development, Web Design, SEO,SEM and must be able to explain those to the clients.
