Interior Design - Before and After

Hello, please read description and reply accordingly. At the end of this description, there will be a code to message me directly if you are interested in working with me. I have a home renovation company. I am looking to work with an interior designer/render to design unique projects for my clients using simple, accessible building materials. I live in an urban centre and have access to a wide range of materials. Must have a good eye, use common sense and anticipate unnecessary expenses. The relationship will work as follows. At the time I bid on jobs for my clients, I need a rough sketch/render to inspire my client to hire me. I will take interior photo of particular room, forward to you to do the "magic" and send back to show what we can deliver for them. If our company wins the bid, I will then take additional photos and measurements and have the clients design done based on their wishes. My pay structure will be as follows: $25-$50 USD for initial design for bidding purposes. (Turn around time: 24-48 hours) $150-$500 for final design based on scope of work.
