I need to create a simple animation which takes 2 ~ 3 sec. It should be vector 3D animation. I can give you a sample 2D illustration which you could refer to. I know it can be done by flash. I can pay you 15 usd per one animation since it is not too difficult. Put "15 usd is ok for one animation" on the head of the proposal. Thank you.
