Art for my board game prototype

I am looking for an artist who can help me bring my prototype to life. This is the first time I have worked with freelancers to develop art, so this brief may not be as comprehensive as you need. But I am happy to work with the right artist to find a solution.
I need eight different tiles drawn/painted. Each tile is 3.5 x 3.5 cms (with 2-3 cm bleed).
Of these eight tiles, four have a Northwest USA/British Columbia old forest theme. On each tile there is a woodsy path. One is a straight path, the other a T-junction, the other is a curve and the last is a 4-way crossroad.
The other four tiles are the same forest, but clear-cut with tree stumps and a bull-dozed path on each tile. Again, one tile is a straight path, the other a T-junction, the other a curve and the last is a 4-way crossroad.
I would need the artwork in JPG format.
My budget is USD 10 per tile (and open to other offers). I will need other art work as well as I continue to develop the game, so if everything works out well, there could be more work down the road.
