Develop phonegap wireless plugin - repost

My company is building a hybrid mobile app for use with iOS and Android. Need phonegap plugin to: 1) display list of nearby wireless connections in the mobile app. After user selects wireless connection, store password and username in phone (Pictures 1 and 2) 2) plugin also has the function to connect to any wifi with a particular string in the name. For example if the parameter string is "Mark", connect automatically to a wifi network with the name "Mark". If more than one, display list of wifi nearby with the string "Mark" so user can select. (Pictures 3 and 4) **Some pictures are attached. DO NOT need to build the app, just need to build the phonegap plugin.
