Google Reader Client for Android and iOS

I need a Google Reader client built for a specific google reader account. This would include a podcast and a blog feed that would need to display on both Android and iOS phones and tablets. Users that purchase the app from the app store would be able to view all the content that is available in the administrators google reader xml feed. They will not be able to add custom content and would be able to only see the content available. Social media integration is needed allowing sharing of articles via twitter, Facebook and Linkedin. As well as user ratings of the articles and podcasts. Both articles and podcasts should be able to be stored and played offline. This project includes the development of both platforms (Android and iOS), source code from similar app can be provided.
