Fast action for simple game app (ios and android)

We are developers too and is looking for high skills and experience mobile developer to take care one of our project. This is a simple game app which do not have level design. The core game play would be a social network component. At the beginning, a player will login by his fb account to start the game. He then choose a picture and a a word to associate with it. and then it sent out to his friend and his friend would add some icon to the picture. The loop continue until after certain time or turns, the picture will return to the owner. Social component would be important, access FB friend list and post on feed. List on FB app centre.
