I am looking for a US - style Bingo Game to be built from scratch. The game will feature a Bingo random number generator (US 75 balls) a Bingo Card Reader (QR coded Bingo Cards), and the game will "speak" the numbers ("B1" "I20" etc.) in English, French, German, and Spanish (TTS). Game should also have a "memory" function, that displays up to 3 previous games numbers on screen. The application should work on iOS (6.x and later) Android (4.0 and later) and current Windows Mobile. (iOS and Android are critical, Windows Mobile can be a secondary consideration...and be part of an ongoing maintenance relationship.) We will provide artwork, logos, and design flow for this game.
