Application Developer needed for Blackberry/Apple/Android...

Dear All. I've got a small project i intend to market on these 4 platforms {Blackberry (App World), Apple (App Store), Android and Ovi Store}. I'm offering tips for sale and I've got the content (tips), i need an application developer to help brand my content into an application that can be on sale on the above listed platforms. I also need to know how the application will be up and running and how i can get permission to sell them on those platforms and on my website. The tips service will be in 3 main categories depending on the choice of the end buyer. On purchase of the application, it will display a default welcome message. The application will display one tip at a time and using the scroll or the N button will move to the next tip, P will go to the previous tip. These other options will be available E - Exit, F will mark tip as favorite and S will provide the option of Sharing/Recommending the application with friends. In summary, I will appreciate the expertise of a professional developer that will write a " do it yourself" program that will allow me input those tips into those three different categories and can allow me to periodically update the tips so that users can update their version of the Application to enjoy the newly added content. Initially each category will offer between 200 - 300 tips and later i can update the content. I'm thinking of offering an incentive that will allow a buyer of the application to recommend 1 person to get the tips for free as an introductory offer. The application will be $1 per category. I also know those platforms offer 70% of the cost of application and 30% goes to taxes, etc, but how do i get my own %tage on every sale made?. Since I'm relatively a novice about how this works, I'll need a professional advice because I've only got the idea and its quite a low budget project but its a dream project that means everything to me. I'll also like a colorful background so the application wont be all blank and how i can periodically change the background or something. Pardon me if i underbid or overbid as the case may be and let me know what you'll want to have the project completed, I'm working on a relatively low budget that's why.
