React/Rail DJ Profile Webpage

Need a developer to develop a single page, a dj profile page, converted fo the UI mockup which will be added to existing website. The page needs to be written in REACT and RESPONSIVE which will be served by the rail server. Rail is not required but preferred. There are other pages. However, let's do this page first.
