I need a webpage copied and ads placed properly

There's a webpage content that I want copied, then modified so that it has my logo, and my template. I also need someone who is familiar with Adsense to place the proper ad formats onto the webpage, surrounding the content. In other words: 1) Copy the content over from a specific webpage 2) Keep my current theme/template 3) Place my ads onto the webpage with the ad code This is a simple task and shouldn't take much work as long as you can code in HTML. Additionally, I will need some small modifications to the webpage done, such as adding specific buttons, links, etc in certain positions. I'll need other projects that involve ad placement manipulation in the future as well. You should be knowledgable of placing ads on websites.
