Html text editor angularJs directive

I am looking for someone to search/ develop a custom text editor for web page using angularjs directive. following specs are expected. - user can enter plain text. (text to save is plain) - spell check (en-us) can use browsers in-built or may be from some dictionary file. - make some glossary terms hyperlinks to click to view comic detail. - can be split horizontal for two languages (helpful for translations), you can use 2 textboxes for that purpose managed using css and javascript to look like split. so important points are - glossary - spelling - split for translation. need to make it finally an angularjs directive as a deliverable. i can provide more details to interested person. regards.
