We operate a healthy meal plan company - where members join up on a subscription basis.
The client selects the meal plan that most closely matches what they are looking to achieve e.g. weight-loss, special dietary requirement
Subscription memberships are typically for 2 weeks, or monthly
Clients can log onto the website and make amendments to their package as well as selecting days that the wish to pause because they are traveling etc
We want to replace our existing process and customer database for something more comprehensive and intuitive.
Each customer will have their own record & member’s zone holding their membership details and each client each client will be able to administrate their customer details via the system. The will be able to make changes to their plan e.g. foods, delivery time and days they wish to pause due to travel. Some of these changes will have to be approved by the admin on our side
The system needs to be intuitive enough to calculate membership renewals based on the number of days in their membership cycle, their renewal date whilst factoring in the number of days that they have paused their membership.
The client will be able to view their key account details including how many days they’ve been eating for instead
The system needs to send reminder notifications to members when their meal plan is up for renewal (can integrate with mailchimp if necessary)
Payment and revenue data needs to be captured on a per client basis and also shown over a specific time period (we also need to be able to extract in excel)
Integration with 3rd party payment processor
We will need the system to integrate with our payment gateway Telr [url removed, login to view]
The database should connect to our website and should be able to reconcile payments made by customers through the payments gateway.
These payments will be cross referenced against people in the database of registered people to see which of the registrants have actually paid. We can use the email address as the unique identifier to cross reference
Kitchen File Generation
When a member becomes live (they have paid their membership fee) they will be included in the order file which is sent to the kitchen once per week.
We have a specific format for this so a data extract needs to be done on the database and reformatted for the kitchen template.
