Bootstrap page build – responsive single page with carousel

I have a single page design (supplied in Sketch).
I need it developed using bootstrap and google fonts, then installed.
The page is relatively simple. There are some anchor links at the top. The "size matters" section will use bootstrap carousel to show about 5 slides. Needs to be live in the next couple of days.

- scaling behaviour of background images
