Student Data Import from Khan

Hi, I have 5+ years of experience. Developed various projects in .Net with MsSql database. Infact, 90% of the projects done so far are in ASP, which includes simple dynamic page to complex ecommerce related websites. Interacting with the API doesn't require only Python to code. Hi. I could make a web app allowing uploading of csv file BOTH via FTP and also through web interface which will be very convenient. I will do this by using Django (a python web app framework). The web app could be deployed to any server running apache easily. An apache server is not absolutely necessary but it would be the best because mod_wsgi is the tried and tested method to use Django apps with apache and others servers might not work properly. The resulting web app would be easily manageable and scalable and could be accessed from anywhere. For previous experience, I have worked on few open source projects using Django previously which includes the mailman web interface named "Hyperkitty". It uses both Django and the mailman core REST API to provide the interface. I have also worked with and made some of my own APIs in some personal projects using Django too. According to my calculations I will be able to do this in one to two weeks. We could spend the rest of the time to provide some finishing touches so that you are fully satisfied. I developed several projects integrating third parties APIs to custom web solutions. I would develop what you requested in PHP-Mysql based on Laravel 5.2 framework. Whatch out that everything you described is quite simple and clear, except the fact that youor application can access to user's data only if it is authorized to access on user's behalf. This requires oAuth (version 1 only supported up today in Khan Academy) authentication to be integrated. I know my bid is over the budget and I think really higher then the average you'll receive, but this is why I know what to be done.
