I'm skilled in Python, Django, Flask and MEAN stack. I prefer to work on hourly not milestones. I've a minimum weekly target of Rs. 20000 projects not earning me so are a liability to me, please assign work consistently. I can quickly add the Document processing module along with testcases. For OCR, its better to process on server side with a very good OCR tool rather than on client side. I've tried OCRad its no good on the client side.

Hi, I'm Ahmed a Django developer. I've a lot of experience in Django and I'm an aspirant data scientist too. okey, this is how I think we should do this, I think the best behavior is that users upload their PDF files on the site and then the site triggers a background task to analyze that file and so every file users add is added immediately but the system can take its time processing it -As you know it task some time- after the system starts takes the file processes it, we don't store the resulting text but use an algorithm to map all the text to key value pairs for example on find a search engine that's good enough for it. after that use the best search engine out there for django based sites. the whole process may take about 6 ~ 8 hours from me to get it going but what will really take time is how how to save processing time as much as possible because with large number of users using this service they will consume a lot of processing time from the servers and that will cost you a lot of time. also that may affect the time the single user needs to finish a query. I'll be glad to help you with such a project.
