We have an existing shopping cart for Pets ([login to view URL]). The site is built on Opencart 1.5.x. We would like to upgrade the current site to the latest version of Opencart and also install various module and features. Details of the scope of work can be found in the attached document. The site shall have very minimal or no downtime during the upgrade. The upgrade needs to be done in a staging setup / replica site and tested first before upgrading the live site.
