This would be a ongoing requirement, and would require (twice a week) you to transcribe/code a PDF document into html.
You would be supplied a PDF, and appropriate links that would need to be included.
The PDF would contain a email newsletter. Please see attached.
I'm looking for a fixed price per newsletter, if successful and the work is correct this would be a ongoing project.
