Two video file will not play in browser. Two videos should play as the backdrop to a website, but will not load in browser. Both videos are in MP4 format, and both videos play fine through local video players, but when uploaded in HTML will not play. I need someone to identify and resolve the issue. Attached is a reduced size version of the file. I will supply a full sized version.
