Custom web system Flat images file to 3D shirts, Shorts, and more

We are a sports wear company looking for some help with 3D project, We manufacture custom Sublimation apparel: Shirts, Shorts, Pant, Hoodies, and many more. We create our designs using Coral Draw and Adobe Illustrator in vector format. We want to be able to get a 3D view of the product with our design, Which will help us reduce production time and cost of samples. This will act a Proofing tool for us. Example of what we are looking for is Fullgear.com. -This is site has a designer tool which allow customer to do was we are looking for. (not Required) 1) Being able to upload our artwork (vector and Bitmap) 2) Being able to move the artwork around and align the product. (If there are changes, we will make them in Coral Draw or AI and re import new file) 3) Being able to save the uploaded artwork and come back to it later. 4) Share 3D view of the product with others. 5) Add new layout of products(we have about 20 right now) This 3D rending will be very technical for each product. How they join each other, how and where to fold them. I have attached few example files. For adding New layout to system please list base price(which could vary based on design.)
