My name is Jared Rains and i run and online women's fitness coaching business. I have recently being doing my own sales calls, however, i would like to increase my conversion rate, by hiring a salesperson to handle my Strategy/sales calls on a commission basis.

I am gradually increasing the amount of leads coming in. If this salesperson was to do well i may look to increase to longer contract if desired.
