Removal and replacement of defective Guttering / Flashing following from storm damage.
To Supply and install 125mm quad stormwater or high fronted gutter (3.8 linear meters).
Install second Downpipe. (100 x 50mm 2.5 linear meters)
Remove existing lead flashings and replace.(5.8 linear meters)
Window replacement is also in the scope of works - if possible but not necessary in this project.
