This is a publication of a UK Aid programme, and while some thought has gone into branding and logo, we do not yet have a fixed style for white papers. The branding guidelines such as they are can be found here:-

Please note this zipped folder is 80Mb.
We also have a repository of photos, and would expect the final designed document to have more photos than it currently does -to invite the reader in. I will share the link to the repository once the work is commissioned.
