Web Application for Multi-Point Assessments

Web application to manage and run multi-point individual assessments. These are performance appraisals where the input is provided from the individual, stakeholders, employees, and their manager. The assessments are administered by a coach. The data is aggregated into a PDF report which will be distributed by the application once complete. This application will require at least three modules. A manager portal, coach portal, and the survey respondent pages. All can be on the same page, but restricted by role. Specifications Attached.
