Hi guys, I just created a nice website for sports betting tips. What I want to do with it ? To sell it. Sell the website for me, and I am available to pay 25% from the total amount to you.

Reason: I am selling it because I just loved working on it, but since I don't know anything about sports, running it, I don't think it's really for me. I am a web designer and developer, not a sports tipster.
