Replace current website

We have a travel agency website built on WordPress version 3.2.1. The website is cruiseandresort.com. 1. We would like a new and improved website with a new version of WordPress, or ?, that can be updated with simple backend management for changing pictures, etc. It will need to be integrated with some other web pages existing on other sites, where we have ratings and reviews. Plug-ins for pictures, etc., must provide quick response time. 2. Much of the content for the website will be similar, though updated from current site. We would like someone who can offer some creative ideas. 3. On the Home Page, add 8 links. Add a box with a link that says something like Our Cruises on our Cruises Page, Our Tours on a Tours Page, and Our Hotels on our Hotels Page. Those links will take them to a page on another system that has more detailed information. Add another link on the Hotels page that says Choose By Destination. 4. We have a list of cruise lines on one of our pages. We need to change some of those, as well as easily be able to change those ourselves in the future. A little tutorial on how to use the website and how to modify it ourselves will be needed once the website is completed. 5. On our Blog page, we need to remove some articles and their authors, insert some new ones and do basic editing. We will need to be able to edit these on our own in the future. 6. Must have some social media links to Facebook and Twitter. 7. Site must be optimized for mobile users. How long do you think this project will take you to complete? We can send more information and details once we find out what you'll charge to do this work. Please send links to other sites that you have created similar to what we are asking for.
