Qualitative data visualization (network and tree layouts, charts)

I'm a social scientist in need of some help with making my data look good. It concerns qualitative data which lends itself for visualization: networks, lists, categories, hierarchies. I will provide the data in Excel sheets, but the maps and charts have to look better than those I can make with the program. I'm looking for someone who can do sunburst charts, node-link diagrams, adjacency and enclosure diagrams, force-directed layouts, arc diagrams. But if the graphs are set-up in a way I can edit them, it could be fast as well. I'd prefer hiring someone who can do a part of it now (paied right away of course) and then half a year from now make adjustments (as a separate part of the project).
