New UI Design for our Agency (homepage only)

Hello, We are a web design agency and need a new design for our website! Due to our current order situation, we unfortunately never get the time to sit us on the website running, so I wanted to try what other talented designers can conjure up here! Here we would like to see how you would redesign the start page! It is very important that you orientate yourself 0% to the current website, we want something completely new, only the actual structure you can use more or less for orientation. As for the design style itself, we are very open to new ideas.
