Need to test different apparel designs on Facebook Ads to understand the winning designs

I'm starting an athletic apparel company and would like to pretest designs before I actually make the clothing. The shorts will be a technical athletic short, and the artistic patterns on the shorts are going to be very vibrant, irreverent, and unique. As such, I'd like to get a sense for the designs that most resonate with potential customers (and which customers are most interested) before I start the sampling and production of the apparel line. In the tests I'd like to run a Facebook/Instagram ad campaign that determines which designs resonate most with people either through engagement or click-through rates. I'll probably be testing something like 10-12 designs at first, at which point I'll run a test to specific audiences to understand how to best target with my products when I launch. Skills I need include: - Creative mock graphic images of patterns on shorts to use in ads - Running test FB/IG ads to gauge and compare product interest across 10-12 designs - Running test FB/IG images to different target audiences to inform targeting strategy at launch (location, interests, engaged buyers, etc.) I'll be involved in writing the ad copy and designing the creative, but would like to have someone who can create images with my pre-selected patterns superimposed on an athletic short in Photoshop to place in the ads. I'll also need someone who is skilled in running ads for product testing for new brands, not just someone who has run ads for existing brands. I'm skilled in the latter, and need someone to help me with the former.
