I need some changes to an existing website

hello developers i have an website on opencart framework of ecommerce we want to add automatically sms sending on all different actions . we have an sms api intigrared but we want only sms function properly like after order purchase,order return , order shipped , order booked, new seller added, sell added an product to adding all these sms we have total 50 to 60 sms actions and sms content which we need to set automatically so any developer and team can do my work professionaly and in minimum budget then [Removed by admin]
