Instagram and Facebook campain website

I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for my small business. I am looking to create an auto poster website where customers can login to their personel instagram or facebook accounts to setup auto posting campaigns from our website. Project task are to create instagram and facebook autoposter that is ran from a website via user login. User wull pau subscription to use these services. Website must be created and designed. Also the auto posters must be maintained and updated based in IG and facebook security updates. Fyi i will only go through free lancer. ---for instagram poster--- once logged in, account holder must be able to select wether they would like to comment, likes, follow, or unfollow. - should be able to set speed of activity (slow, normal, fast). - should be able to select media source (tags, myfeed). -should be able to select what media age they would like to comment on (ex: newest, 1day ago, 2day ago, 3day ago). ---follow section--- follow source - should be able to select if they want to follow media, followers of specific usernames, or followings of usernames, software should not follow same users. ---unfollow section--- should only unfollow users that were followed with our service, should be an option for system to unfollow people not following back if selected by user. User should be able to add a pool of hashtags to media they would like the system to comment or like. User should be able to add a pool of comments it would loke the system to use when commenting on media. If user wants theu should be able to set a counter on how many likes, comments, follows, and unfollows they would like to do at that time. ---facebook campaign--- should be able to post to groups snd pages, save campaigns, have a saved group list and page to post on, post auto comments and have statistics and reportd to show for users.
