Image Tracing JPEGS

I need some graphic design. I have these lower quality images, they need to be reproduced as a vector graphics (AI), and maybe put in a very slight change to the original artwork. You will be doing 5 here, but there will be 10 and up to 50 that need to be done.
A couple of sample images are included. Would want to start this project ASAP.
