Image design - Need a professional designer to bring my vision to life for a custom scarf

I am customizing a silk scarf as a gift for my wife for our 12th wedding anniversary. I have the vision for the design I want but do not have the skills to execute it well. The scarf dimensions are 135x31cm so it will need to be a high resolution image. The scarf should appear roughly as it does in the provided example. I want the text at the bottom on two lines to say "I'd rather learn from one bird how to sing" and "than teach ten thousand stars how not to dance". The script font should be different, more elegant than the example provided. I would like to select from a few options. I would want a solid background color for the whole scarf, I can figure out and send exact color codes, but it will be a light pinkish brown. There should be a butterfly in the upper left area of the scarf that looks as close to the example butterfly as possible. The outline of the butterfly should be chocolate brown and it should be filled in with a soft pink color (again, I can provide suggested color codes later). The hanging stars will be in the top right section of the scarf similar to the example, but I would want more of them without it becoming too crowded (definitely not ten thousand as the text says). The stars and text should be the same chocolate brown color as the butterfly.
