General Summary:
- Responsible to create designs for our projects based on client's requirements.
- Conceptualize and visualize the looks, layouts, images, fonts, so that it creates usable and aesthetically pleasing user interphase.
- Should able to work closely with the development team and business analyst to make appropriate designs based on client requirements.
- Develop create design ideas that can enhance to the aesthetic look of technological outputs.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Working closely with the development team to understand the design requirements
- Create innovative designs based on the requirements and design standards
- Work on the necessary changes which meet the need of the execution team.
- Participating with the entire project team and establish a professional relationships with the team members.
- Reporting and updating the work to the superiors.
- Should be able to adopt changes and ready to upgrade the skills.
Job Specification:
- Knowledge, Skill, Abilities
o Proficiency in using graphic design software across the Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
o Exceptional creative flair and eye for detail
o Excellent time management skills and general good organization
o A general understanding of how HTML and CSS affects designs
o Drive, competence, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
o Self-motivation and the ability to manage yourself where required
- Education and Experience
o Any degree / Diploma with required skills set
o A minimum of 5 years working in a design agency or a similar environment
