Gifts store & inventory (web application) 4 a small company

Description: The App has to facilitate the gift selection process & make it easier for both (mamanger & the person in charge of the gifts) Our Perception of the application: One page that has 4 buttons on the footer side of the application ( Delivery list - Store - Travel Plan - Sittings) Delivery List: contains a list of all the gifts that has been used with the details of the person that was giving to - date - location - and a picture & an optional comment box Store: It will be an online web application store with all the gifts & its details ( picture - description - category - quantity - weight ) those details has to be visible to the user (manager) . The gifts keeper will have more details appearing to him ( Price - dimensions ) . The manager will then choose the gift & orders the quantity they need & fill the "optional" comment box if needed . An order request will then appear to the gift keeper & the gifts that has been ordered will be on HOLD for processing automatically Gifts which are on hold will be either released or returned All gifts will be barcoded & the application has to support the barcoding system to confirm that the order has left the store If the gift is released the order will go directly to the (Delivery list) after filling the details mentioned above But, if the gift is returned it will be added to the quantity & returned to the gift list The gifts which are not out of stock will appear in the list with a blurred buttons. & a flag will appear that says ( to order more quantity please send an email to the "gift keeper" ) If they press the gifts keeper button it will direct them to the email so they can send an email to this person. Travel Plan: The travel plan will contain the manager's travel plan, the people that he will meet, position or title , country , date. with a list of the suggested gifts for the person that the manager will meet & and edit button to edit the selection of suggested gifts this list will automatically calculate the number of expected gift bags & its weight .
