Gift Card, Membership Card

I run a bowling center, we would like a New Gift Card design. attached file "old image" is the image of our old gift card. We want something more stylish. Attachment Gift Card Idea is an image of some membership cards I liked. Attached gift card idea 2 is an image of a gift card i liked. Card must project to the holder bowling and our center. Also Would like an image of the card that I can put onto marketing materials.
